| TrainReq is free to download and install, and to use for an initial 15-day trial period. |
| Continued use beyond the 15-day trial period requires the purchase of a licence. |

Obtaining your licence |
|
| You will need to download and install TrainReq before we can send you a licence. |
| Once your payment has been received, you will then be asked to register your copy of TrainReq.
This involves you sending us the Registration Number which is unique to your copy of TrainReq and to the
computer on which it is installed, and which TrainReq displays on both the Software Licence Status and Help/About screens.

| The simplest and most reliable way to do this is to start up TrainReq, and then press the Register button on the
Software Licence Status screen. This will take you to a special page on this website for the purpose,
with the Registration Number already filled in for you.

| We will then send you a licence file which will enable you to continue using that installation of TrainReq. |

The payment process: what happens when you press the "Buy now" button
|

You will be taken to a secure page on the PayPal website.
(There may be a delay of a few seconds while this happens - please be patient.)
Here you can review the details of your purchase and choose your method of payment. |

If you already have a PayPal account, then you can sign in at this point and make a PayPal payment
in the same way that you're used to.
Alternatively, you can enter the details of a credit card to which you wish to charge your purchase. |

Follow the remaining steps through to completion as directed. |
| 4. |
Once you have completed all the steps and the payment has been accepted,
you will be returned to this site and details of your purchase will be confirmed on the screen.
We will also send an email confirming your purchase to the address which you gave to PayPal
when making your payment.
If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of your purchase, then
send us an email and we will investigate
(the most likely cause is a spelling mistake when
you keyed in your email address at PayPal - so do try to be accurate when entering this.)

Your guarantee

You are entitled automatically to a no-quibble refund, at any time up until you register your copy of
TrainReq and request us to send you your licence.
If you pay for a licence and then change your mind before you register, simply send us an email to that effect and we will
refund your payment. (Obviously you then lose the entitlement to the licence that you paid for.) |
| 2. |
You are also protected by PayPal, who will investigate on your behalf any grievance that you may have
about the goods that you receive in exchange for your payment. We try to make it very clear what you should expect
to get for your money, and we honour that - but PayPal is there in the background as well. |
| 3. |
You will also normally be entitled to protection through your credit or charge card company, for any
purchases that you make with that card. |
| 4. |
You are also entitled to the protection of consumer law in the normal way. |
