| Licence |
The use of TrainReq software is licensed on a per-computer basis.
The software comes with an inbuilt licence for a 15-day trial period.
The trial period commences when the software is installed.
When the trial period expires, the software will cease to function unless
a further licence is obtained from the owners, Artinsys Limited.
A separate licence is required for each computer on which TrainReq is installed.

| Ownership |
Ownership of the software remains with Artinsys Limited at all times.
A licence grants you the right to use the software within the terms specified here,
and no other rights.

| Registration |
Payment of the appropriate sum of money (e.g. through this website) entitles the purchaser
to register one copy of TrainReq for the corresponding licence. Once registered, the
purchaser loses any right to a refund of the monies paid. In return, Artinsys Limited will supply a
licence in the form of an electronic key to be installed on a single computer, to enable
the registered copy of TrainReq to function for the lifetime of the licence. It is the
responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that the correct details are provided when registering
the software. Artinsys Limited will not be held responsible for the issuing of an ineffective
licence if that is the result of incorrect registration details entered by the purchaser.

You do not have the right to copy or distribute the software, unless appointed in writing
as an Agent for that purpose by Artinsys Limited.

| Warranty |
While Artinsys Limited take trouble to craft products to the highest standard,
no warranty of any kind is expressed or implied.
The software is installed and used at your risk.

| Liability |
Artinsys Limited disclaim any and all liability for the consequences of the installation
or use of TrainReq software, and take no responsibility for any consequential losses.
The decision to install TrainReq software is that of the user:
by choosing to install the software, the user takes responsibility for all consequences.

| Discretion |
Artinsys Limited reserve the right to refuse to issue licences to certain customers.

| Termination |
Artinsys Limited reserve the right to terminate a licence at any time.
